Privacy Policy

When you submit the quote request form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, organization, event date, estimated attendee count, the services you selected and anything you write in the details box.

Please do not send attendee personal information through this form. We only need information about you and your event.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver your event registration services.

We do not use it for advertising, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, a third-party form service, which stores the submission and emails it to us. Formspree processes the information on our behalf and under its own privacy policy.

Website traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free, privacy-conscious analytics tool that reports aggregated page-view data. It does not use cookies and does not build individual profiles.

Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted within a reasonable period. Information relating to an event we deliver is kept for as long as we need it to provide the service and meet our record-keeping obligations.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to the email address below and we will act on it.
